SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed online are processed within 3-5 business days and genreally arrive in 7-14 business days via standard groud delivery. Shipping chages are based on the total amount of each order. For even faster delivery, we offer FedEx next day or second day express delivery for an additional charge. Expedited orders must be placed by 10am CST Monday through Friday excluding holidays. YOU MUST ENTER A PHYSICAL ADDRESS IN THE ADDRESS LINE FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING TO WORK. Express delivery does not expedite order processing. Express packages will ship anywhere in the contiguous United States (excluding HI and AK) ONLY TO PHYSICAL ADDRESSES (NOT PO BOXES).
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To start a return, you'll enter key information like your name, order number and ZIP code. If everythings accurate, we'll set you up with everything you need for a smooth return. You can return your tiem(s) within 30 days of purchase. We'll cover the entire cost of return shipping via a prepaid shipping label.
For items being exchanged, we're only precessing returns and refunds through this system. If you want gear in a different size or color, complete the return/refund process to return the gear you don't want and then place a new order with your preferred item(s) and details.
